POWER REQUIREMENTS:

Clients are responsible for providing a suitable power source, as electricity is not supplied by us.

SETUP & ACCESS:

All equipment must be installed on a clean, flat, and stable surface. Areas with gravel, stones, mud, sand, uneven ground, or steep slopes are not suitable for setup.

Please note that this castle cannot be installed on gravel, mud, or sand under any circumstances.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate access and setup information when booking. If incorrect details are given and setup cannot proceed on the event day, the booking payment may be forfeited.

DELIVERY & PACK UP TIME:

Our team will arrive approximately one hour before your scheduled booking time to ensure full setup is completed before your event begins.

Pack up time of equipment is 18:00 hrs. Extension of time is ₦10,000/hour

SERVICE & DELIVERY FEES:
A 15% service charge will be added to your subtotal at checkout. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and delivery zone.

IMPORTANT CARE NOTICE:

To maintain the quality of our inflatables, face paint is strictly prohibited on all white and pastel-colored products, as it can permanently stain the material. Any irreversible staining or damage caused may result in replacement charges.

SIZE CONFIRMATION:

Please carefully review and confirm all product dimensions before placing your booking. Measurements are provided in feet (FT), and we will not be responsible for incorrect size selections.
